I haven't posted a painting in a while, so I may end up posting paintings and drawings from now until I've worn myself out :)

Here's a scan of a painting I competed for art and also the front cover of our school magazine last year. I think I took the longest I've ever taken to complete a painting to finish this particular one!

I based it loosely around a photo of Bea and worked from there until I made myself stop picking at little details, which always takes some effort..
